General Notary Services

Acknowledgment, proof of a deed or other instrument in writing, for registration; (includes certificate and seal)
$10: For the 1st signature
$1: For ea. additional signature.
$10: Administrating an Oath or Affirmation (with certificate & seal).
$10: Swearing a witness to a deposition, certificate, seal, & other business connected with taking depositions (taking deposition of a witness ea. 100 words: $1).
$1 ea. page: Copy (or scanning) of a record or a paper in the Notary Public’s office.

$0: No fees inside Cameron County
$20: Travel Fee outside Cameron County (Non-Refundable)
$15: Federal Holiday Fee (fee waived for First Responders, Active Military, Teachers, & Veterans
